Showing homes is real work. Buyers used to expect it for free. Post-NAR-settlement, they don't. BrokerNow is the marketplace where they hire you for it directly.
Set your own tour rate.
You decide what your time is worth. Consumers see your price and pick. No platform-mandated rate.
Pay only when you tour.
No subscription at launch. BrokerNow takes a flat $10 from your payout, only after a completed tour.
Stay with your broker.
You stay with your existing brokerage. BrokerNow is a marketplace, not a sponsoring brokerage.
Fair conversion fees.
If a tour customer hires you for representation later, BrokerNow takes a 25% inter-broker referral within 90 days. After that, the lead is yours, full stop.
Eligibility
Who can join. Anybody licensed.
Any agent in good standing with the Texas Real Estate Commission — Brokers, Broker Associates, and Sales Agents. Sales Agents and Broker Associates: your sponsoring broker just needs to be authorized by you for participation. We don't require broker action in the V1 pilot — we do require you to attest to your authorization at signup.
