№ 02 · How it works
Two stages.One price.
Booking a real-estate showing is genuinely a two-stage process. Most platforms hide that. We don't.

You match with an agent
You build a list of homes you want to see, name a date and window, and pick from a ranked list of available licensed Texas agents. You see each agent's tour fee, ETA, photo, and rating before you commit. When you confirm, you pay the tour fee and sign a written non-agency showing agreement. Usually under a few minutes.

Your agent secures access
Once you've booked, your agent coordinates with each property's listing side — through ShowingTime, a direct call to the listing agent, or whatever method that listing requires. Some homes are 'Go and Show' and approve instantly. Others need a request that may take hours. You'll see live status per property in your dashboard. If any property gets denied, that property is removed from the tour and you're refunded for the difference (or the whole tour, if all are denied).
- 03
You tour
Your agent meets you at the first property at the scheduled time, opens the door, and walks each home with you. They will not give you advice or steer you on offers — that's not what this service is. If you decide later you want representation, you're free to hire that agent (or any other) under a separate, normal buyer-representation agreement.
The cost
One flat fee. Set by the agent.
Each agent sets their own tour fee. You see the price before you book. One flat fee covers the whole tour, whether it's one home or ten. There's no separate platform fee charged to you — BrokerNow takes a flat $10from the agent's side, only on completed tours.
